OUR ACCOMODATION STYLE: Accommodation is usually provided on twin sharing (2 Adilt) boms and 12 Adit 1 Chid) basis. We also provide Family wise Room 1 e 3 Adilt. In a Double Bedded Room, In case of Triple Bede Room, sometime floor Mattress may be provided
TOUR PRICE INCLUDE: UP & Down
Sleeper Class fare, 3/2 Deluxe Bus Fare. Accommodation in Hotel All food (Bed
Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea with snacks and Dinner) We will not serve
any Bed Tea during Train journey, Sightseeing as mentioned in the respective
four itinerary.
Important Information:
- Carrying a valid identification card is mandatory and the name on the ticket should match with the Photo ID card of the person.
TERMS & CONDITION:
- Food during Train journey completely on Railway Catering or Own arrangement Railway berth (lower Middle/Upper) completely depends on Railway authority Accommodation of Kedamath, Badrinath, Gangotri, Jamunatri, Gourikund. Soneprayag will be Dormitory system If there is any increase in Railway 7 Air Fare/Fuel Cost for Bus through Budget, the difference amount has to be borne by the party.
- In case the tour is extend for any unavoidable circumstances the extra cost will have to borne by the Party.
- Tour programme may be changed / altered/ varied / extended even in Course of Tour due to unavoidable circumstances viz Natural Calamity, Break down of Bus, Local Bondh/Strike Agitation Road Blockage or any other such miss happening. Due to natural calamity /Strike and political disturbance if the tour is cancelled, Passenger have to pay 20% of the Tour Price as detrimental charges to compensate the Tour cost. Due to unavoidable circumstances, if the Tour is cancelled by us the Entire Advance / Deposit amount will be refunded without any Compensation.
- Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss/damage of life/property or any other belongings whatsoever of the tourist by any accident/theft/robbery or any other unwanted happening during the tour.
- No cancellation will be accepted over telephone. For cancellation please provide your original receipts at the office with a letter.
- If any body cancel the tour after Reservation the seats the amount shall be refundable to the passengers after deducting the amount on his total bill in the manner stated below in chart.
BOOKING RULES:
Seats are normally reserved on payment of Rs. 500/- per head, as an
advance for sleeper class journey for upper class Rs. 500/- to be deposited as
an advance. Full payment of tour price should be deposited 30 days before
schedule date of journey.

NO REFUND IS ALLOWED IF CANCELLATION MADE WITHIN 7 Days.
